Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment online. If you happen to be running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your booking.
By booking, you authorize Lashes by Parisa to charge your credit card on file 50% plus tax of your booked appointment if any of the following policies are violated: no-show clients, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, and clients who give less than 24 hours notice for cancellation.
Client Preparation
To ensure the best results and a smooth appointment, please adhere to the following guidelines before your arrival. Please wash your eyes and face thoroughly before your appointment. Additionally, do not wear contact lenses to your appointment, as they may interfere with the lash application process.
Health & Safety
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please inform us in advance if you have any of the following conditions so we can provide a more detailed consultation or schedule an allergy test before your appointment. This includes thyroid problems, pregnancy, hormonal sensitivities, or any known allergies or sensitivities. By notifying us ahead of time, we can ensure your appointment is safe, comfortable, and tailored to your specific needs.
